What is the deadline for returning an order?
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be in perfect condition , unused, without odors or signs of wear, and with their original packaging, labels, and accessories .
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@bilmaclub.com with your order number. Once accepted, we will send you a shipping label and return instructions .
The return shipping cost is €8 , which will be deducted from the refund amount if it is not paid during the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm via email whether it has been approved.
If so, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable , except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process all orders within 1 business day of purchase confirmation.
Domestic shipments usually take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination, depending on the location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or delays from the transport company.

Our Physical Store and Online Sales
At Bilma Club, we primarily operate as an online store , but we also have a small physical corner where you can visit and purchase a selection of women's clothing directly. This corner is located within the Lean Barre Studio space, at:

What payment methods do you accept?
